Shipping & Returns

ShippingWe send your order as insured package. We work together with DHL, applying each package with a tracking number. Each shipment is insured with 500 €, protecting you from any shipping risks.Delivery Time / Availability
The duration of delivery depends on the mode of payment. Orders via PayPal and Direct Money Transfer are ready for shipping within 3 to 4 days. The prepaid orders will be send out after we received the payment on our bank account. The bank processing may need up to one week. At times of great demand and parallel orders it can happen that an article is not available anymore, even though it was still marked as available when you ordered. In that case you will be immediately notified and our customer service will help you finding a suitable alternative.

Tracking
With your order you will receive a tracking, enabling you to constantly check the status of your order on the DHL page. With this feature you will be able to exactly find out when to await your package.

Delivery
DHL will try to reach you twice: If the mailman does not meet you personally, he will leave the package with your neighbors. If the mailman does not meet anybody on second attempt, the package will be stored at your local post office, and you will have seven work days tim before it will be send back to us.

Returns
We want to ensure that you are totally happy with the clothing and accessories that you buy from us. You are welcome to send back. As long as the item is in a resaleable condition, we will be happy to exchange for another size, another item or just to refund your money. You will need to pay the postage on any return. If an item is returned faulty we will refund all your postage costs.

We aim to deal with all returns within 1(2) week(s) whether your return is for exchange or refund. You will usually receive your replacement or refund within 7-14 days although during busy periods, refunds may take longer. Of course you are welcome to e-mail us at any time to check on the status of the return. .
